Pink Shabbat and Shabbat Across America observance

Pink Shabbat is an observance that raises awareness about breast and ovarian cancer. This year it falls on the same day as Shabbat Across America, which is celebrated for the 29th year this year.
 
On Friday night, March 7, 2025, Congregation Kol Ami will join hundreds of synagogues across the continent in an historic national Jewish event to celebrate what unifies all Jews — Shabbat! 
 
Shabbat Across America is for every Jew, and those who are unable to go to a registered location can participate in their own homes or in gatherings with friends and family. Everyone is invited… singles, couples, families — all ages.
 
Our speaker this evening is Sharsheret's BIta Nehoray, Senior Genetic Counselor Division of Clinical Cancer Genomics City of Hope
