The event will take place on the 1200 block of N Harper Ave between Santa Monica Blvd and Norton Ave (Esther's home was on Harper as well) . Harper Ave will be blocked off between SM Blvd and Norton Ave. There is plenty of street metered parking in that neighborhood.

 

A lifelong member of Kol Ami, Esther Baum was head of our West Hollywood National Night Out Annual Block event which promotes safety awareness and neighborhood goodwill. We want to honor Esther this year for her years of dedication and hard work in our community. Esther was 97-years-old and was honored as the 28TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT WOMAN OF THE YEAR. She was a life long NNO coordinator for this event and we are dedicating this year’s block party to her.

 

On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, West Hollywood residents will gather on neighborhood streets in a show of unity against crime as the City of West Hollywood celebrates the 40th Anniversary of National Night Out.
