We are looking to sustain our Open Yad community and need your support!

 

From the outset when we created Open Yad in 2018, we have strived to create meaningful opportunities to build community among Jewish, Jew-ish,  and Jew-curious folks in our 20's & 30's. Over the course of the past year, we've come together for 18 unique events and programs hosted at our home at Kol Ami and throughout the greater LA area. Our programming includes a variety of opportunities to socialize, support one another, have fun, and explore our connection with Judaism. Keeping with our name, which means "open hand" in Hebrew, we pride ourselves on being inclusive and affirming of all young adults regardless of sexuality, gender identity, or stage in their Jewish journey.

We ask you now to make a donation to help sustain The Open Yad Project for the year to come. Our goal is to raise $2,500, which will be matched 1-1 by an anonymous donor, for a total of $5,000! These funds will support and sustain exciting programs and events throughout the rest of 2022 and beyond. Please give as generously as you can—every gift matters, and will be doubled! And of course, we would LOVE if you could share with friends and family who might be able to give and help us sustain this community of peers.
